iT62143 is a half-bridge gate driver IC integrated with power MOS, it is designed for motor driver applications.
The IC integrates Drivers, FWDs (Free Wheeling Diodes) and Bootstrap Diodes.
iT62143 offers an extremely compact high performance half-bridge inverter in a small SOP-8L package for two or three phase motor drivers.
