inergy Technology promotes and cultivates a supportive workplace environment. In compliance with the Occupational Safety and Health Act, the Company requires all employees to undergo training for the prevention of workplace unlawful infringement. In 2024, the training completion rate for new hires reached 100%.
We design diverse training programs featuring internal subject matter experts or external guest speakers. These initiatives are aimed at enhancing individual work efficiency, mastering new methodologies, and fostering cross-departmental collaboration.
External Training: Professional Development Needs
To meet specific job-related requirements, employees may apply for external training. Once approved, the company provides a 100% tuition subsidy to support continuous professional growth.
2025 Training Performance Highlights:
External Training: 56 participants, totaling 320.5 hours.
Internal Training: 228 participants, totaling 449.5 hours.
In accordance with legal regulations, we conduct annual Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) training for both new hires and existing employees. To mitigate the risk of occupational accidents and provide a safe, healthy, and hygienic work environment, we regularly perform the following:
Disaster Prevention Drills: 4 participants, totaling 16 hours.
Fire Safety Manager Refresher Training: 6 hours.
