Sustainability Supply Chain
Supply Chain Management Policy
inergy Technology conducts all supplier interactions in accordance with our established "Supplier Management Procedures." We have also implemented the "Customer Credit Management Regulations" and "Supplier Management Procedures" as the basis for evaluating customers through credit investigations and assessing suppliers through formal evaluations. We select our business partners with great care to prevent any unethical commercial activities.
While there were previously no specific mandates requiring suppliers to follow protocols regarding environmental protection, occupational safety and health, or labor human rights, the company reserves the right to terminate or dissolve partnerships depending on the severity of any significant negative impacts a supplier may have on the environment or society. To uphold integrity and prevent illegal business practices, we have planned to require all suppliers to adhere to the "Human Rights and Environmental Sustainability Commitment" and the "Supplier Code of Conduct" starting in 2024. These requirements are rooted in the company's professional ethics and integrity standards, aiming to create a healthy and safe working environment, protect employee rights, promote environmental conservation, and prevent corruption. To ensure sustainable and honest business collaborations, we strictly implement supplier sustainability management through our "Outsourcer Management Procedures" and "Environmental Substance Management Procedures," requiring all suppliers to comply with these regulations.
In 2024, inergy Technology introduced the signing of the "Supplier Code of Conduct" and the "Human Rights and Environmental Sustainability Commitment." As of 2024, the signing rate among our major suppliers has exceeded 71%.

Supplier Audit Performance and Effectiveness
In 2024, inergy Technology maintained a list of 29 qualified suppliers, including one newly added vendor during the year. As of the end of 2024, we completed annual audits for 9 suppliers, all of whom have also undergone environmental and social impact assessments.
As of the end of 2024, inergy Technology initiated 9 improvement projects, all of which have been documented with specific corrective measures. The primary deficiencies identified this year related to process traceability and quality system gaps. In response, the Company required these suppliers to submit a Corrective Action Plan (CAP). Following our internal review and approval, we continuously track the progress of these improvements based on the supplier’s provided timeline. Furthermore, follow-up audits are scheduled for the subsequent year to verify the results, thereby mitigating the risk of recurrence in the future.
