Conflict Minerals Policy

Conflict Minerals Commitment

inergy Technology upholds its corporate social responsibility by strictly adhering to international regulations and industry codes of conduct. Through rigorous supply chain management, we are committed to ensuring that our products do not contain conflict minerals illegally mined from conflict-affected or high-risk areas, thereby preventing any contribution to illegal mining practices and human rights violations.

Conflict Minerals Management

inergy Technology is dedicated to responsible procurement and supply chain sustainabilitym strictly adhering to international regulations and the Responsible Business Alliance(RBA) Code of Conduct. To ensure our products are conflict-free, we mandate that all suppliers provide full disclosure of their smelter and mine lists. Suppliers must comply with RBA(Responsible Business Alliance) standards to prevent the sourcing of conflict minerals (Gold(Au), Tantalum(Ta), Tungsten(W), Tin(Sn), and other future RBA-designated minerals) from the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) or its adjoining countries, thereby mitigating any contribution to regional instability.

We mandate that the ultimate source of minerals from our suppliers must originate from smelters listed on the Responsible Minerals Initiative(RMI) Conformant Smelter List. We require our suppliers to establish a 'Reasonable Certainty' mechanism and perform 'Due Dilligence' by obtaining necessary documentation. This ensures that all minerals used within the company and throughout the supply chain are verified as conflict-free.

inergy Technology will continue to monitor global regulatory trends and collaborate with our suppliers to optimize traceability management. We do not support and will not utilize minerals sourced form armed conflicts or illegal mining, ensuring our products strictly adhere to international sustainability standards for conflict-free minerals.
