  • iU6398 for server cooling : Designed for 48V systems, the iU6398 supports a wide operating voltage range of 36-72V and advanced motor control features. Offering compact QFN4x44 package, it is ideal for 40mm fans. Integrated with iNERGY-DriveTM technology, it offers high adaptability and optimizes system performance across various applications. 
  • Highly integrated fan driver iT8321E : An all-in-one solution with built-in MOSFET and Hall sensor, suitable for 5V/12V systems. This driver provides a compact and efficient platform ideal for small liquid cooling systems. 
  • TOLL package MOSFET series : 80V-150V TOLL package MOSFETs with low RDS(on), high current handling capability, and excellent thermal performance. This series significantly enhances power density in data center and BMS (Battery Management System) applications.
