Hsinchu – June, 16, 2025 — inergy Technology has introduced its latest power MOSFET series featuring voltage ratings of 80V, 100V, and 150V, built on its cutting-edge Trench technology. These products are designed with ultra-low on-resistance (RDS(ON)) and low gate charge (Qg) as core advantages, significantly enhancing the overall efficiency and reliability of AI servers and other high-power applications.

At the forefront of this new lineup is the iMN007N08T, and 80V MOSFET with an incredibly low RDS(ON) of just 0.7mΩ — setting a new benchmark for performance in its class. The 100V models, iMN009N10T and iMN01N10T, feature RDS(ON) values below 1.2mΩ, while the 150V iMN035N15T offers 3.2mΩ — all delivring best-in-class energy efficiency. The ultra-low RDS(ON) dramatically reduces power losses, translating directly into superior energy efficiency at the system level.

All products in this series adopt the TOLL(TO-Leadless) package — a compact surface-mount solution designed to meet the rigorous demands of high power density. TOLL packaging excels in thermal performance, reliability, and space-saving integration, making it ideal for modern power system designs.
