iT8500E

The iT8500E is a highly integrated driver IC specially engineered for compact cooling fan systems. Delivering advanced control capabilities across a wide operating voltage range from 3.2V to 18V, it is tailored to satisfy the stringent performance demands of next-generation CPUs, GPUs, and server fans. The iT8500E offers a maximum continuous output current of up to 0.6A. It integrates a built-in 15G highly sensitive Hall-effect sensor and offers full support for external Hall sensor configurations, providing designers with maximum application flexibility. The iT8500E is available in a DFN3x3-8L package.
